Understand, Resolve, Heal.
Trobak Holistic Counselling works with families, couples, individuals, children and youth. Our model of therapy focuses on the core belief not good enough, not important not valued. A person's core beliefs develops throughout a life time, starting in childhood. People who have experienced trauma, neglect, instability or who weren't able to express and feel their emotions often struggle more with the core belief not good enough, not important, not valued. People are drawn to people, experiences and perceptions that reinforce and support this core belief. At Trobak Holistic Counselling we help clients understand how their core belief developed and how to challenge and change their core belief to good enough, important and valued.

Understanding Core Beliefs.
People are constantly trying to prove what they believe about themselves is true. Therefore in order to make lasting changes in a person’s behavior, one must examine the core belief not good enough, not important, not valued. Trobak Holistic Counselling guides clients through this healing journey by:
•exploring each aspect of a person; the mind, body, emotion, and spirit.
•reviewing, with great detail, all the life experiences a person has been through.
•creating and regularly reviewing a treatment plan
•gaining an understanding of the person as well as the family he/she grew up in.
•addressing unresolved past experiences and issues.
•helping the client create new thought patterns, allowing the client to move through previous hurt and pain, challenge the core belief not good enough, not important, not valued and develop the core belief good enough, important and valued.
